Raukura is a multidisciplinary artist, architect, designer, māmā of two and co-founder of Studio Tira. Her practice is grounded in a deep understanding of place, tikanga and te ao Māori, with a commitment to creating environments that strengthen cultural identity, social connection and mana motuhake.

Charlotte is an architect, māmā of two and co-founder of Studio Tira. Her practice is centred on thoughtful architecture, with a strong connection to mātauranga Māori and the whakapapa of place. It is an approach informed by research and collaboration, with an interest in materiality, craft and the way buildings evolve over time.
